Avocate au Barreau de Paris depuis 2022, Margot Lacoste conseille principalement une clientèle privée d’investisseurs et de particuliers français et étrangers dans toutes leurs opérations immobilières liées aux transactions, baux commerciaux et civils, copropriété, montage de projets et contentieux de construction dans différents secteurs (bureaux, entrepôts, commerces, hôtels, ...). Elle les accompagne également devant les tribunaux français.

Margot est également collaboratrice au sein du bureau parisien d'un cabinet d'avocats international, après avoir effectué des stages au sein d’une grande entreprise énergétique et de cabinets d’avocats français et internationaux, ainsi que du Tribunal de commerce de Paris.

A registered lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2022, Margot LACOSTE advises clients on real estate transactions, commercial and residential leases, condominium matters, as well as on construction project set-ups and disputes before French courts in various sectors (office, logistic, sale, hospitality, ...).

Fluent in French and English, Margot assists both French and foreign private and corporate entities.

Margot is also an associate in the Paris office of a renowned international law firm, after interning in French and international law firms, as well as within the legal department of a major energy group and the Commercial Court in Paris.
